Oral Hygiene

How white are your teeth? Do you brush every morning and every night? According to the Center of Disease Control (CDC), Americans are supposed to brush regularly to avoid tartar or calculus, which hardens on the teeth if they are not brushed properly (Gardner, Stewart, 1966). No one wants to have a conversation with someone who has bad breath along with yellow teeth, don't let that be you. Make sure to visit your dentist twice a year. Avoid eating sweets and drinking sweet beverages before bed time. Sugar eats away at your teeth with you knowing, creating cavities that break down your teeth if you don't brush. Don't be that guy/girl who people avoid conversation with you because of bad breath, or yellow teeth.
